How To Achieve Perfect Eye Makeup Everytime

Like the majority of you looking to get stunning eye makeup, I am persistently learning and researching tips for improving my eye makeup abilities.  Over time I have come to the conclusion that eye makeup application isn’t that complex once you study some of the “unique” eye makeup techniques and eye makeup tricks. Join me as we learn how to put on professional looking eye makeup in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: “Select Eye-Shadow Colors Carefully”

Pick eye-shadow colors that contrast with or intensify the coloration of your eyes rather than matching it precisely. Violet eye shadow, for instance, reveals the green in hazel  eyes; topaz makes brown eyes to look deeper. Mauve, coral and gray are flattering to  blue eyes.

Eye shadow ought to also improve your skin color and the colors in your clothing.  Softened shades appear most appealing in the daytime; use iridescent or radiant colors at night, if at all.

Step 2: “Determine Your Eye Factors”

Hopefully you have noticed by at this point that not everybody has similar shaped eyes. This  information is very important as it will decide the eye makeup method for applying eye- shadow. So before you go on any more, stop and look at your eye shape by  peering into a mirror or have someone else study and tell you if your eyes are:
-common egg-shaped (oval) or not
-tiny and recessed or stunning (attention grabbing)
-near together (close set) or wide spaced out (wide set).
These three considerations play a major part in the eye makeup technique that follows next,  so it is essential that you are as accurate as possible with your observation.  Perhaps have  a number of individuals help out with this step for a better end result.

Step 3: “Shading Guidelines”

If your eyes are the usual egg-shaped, put on a medium shade from the eye fold to the  eyelashes, a fairly darker shade on the eye crease, and a light shadow the length of the  brow bone. Blend in the colors upwards and out. If your eyes are less than perfect ovals, you are able to change their form with shadow. Bear in mind that a delicate color will convey an eye  area forwards; a dark color will reduce it.

To cause diminutive or hollow eyes seem bigger, employ a pale shade from the brow bone to  the lashes. Thicken them even more by using a little “V” of somewhat darker  shade just on the far side of the outer eye corners. Large eyes will seem smaller if you employ a dark  shade all over the complete lid just about to the brow bone.

To make close-set eyes seem farther apart, use a pale shade on the third of the eyelids  near the nose, a darker shade close to the temple. Switch this to make wide-set eyes to  seem closer together.

Step 4: “Shaping Techniques”

Employ a liquid or pencil eyeliner to emphasis shape. Sketch a thin line as near to the  eyelashes as doable, also on the outer third of the lower lid; smear it lightly for a  natural appearance.

Step 5: “Mascara Tricks”

For a “wide-awake” look, employ an eyelash curler before putting on mascara. Lift up the  curler near the base of the eyelashes and squeeze; count to three, then let loose. Reposition the  curler farther out towards the tips of the lashes and press a second time.

Apply mascara with your eyes not closed. Grasping the wand vertically, cover the tips of the  upper eyelashes, and then drag the wand horizontally across the lashes from base to tips. If  you desire, you can similarly brush mascara to the lower lashes. If any eyelashes bunch up,  separate them with the wand tip. Use a cotton swab for cleanups.

Good for you!  If you closely followed the simple eye makeup techniques and eye makeup tricks as instructed above, you should now be seeing some striking eye makeup. If you did not get the outcome you wanted, please attempt this once more. Like most things in life, whether attempting to ride a bicycle, learning to skate, etc., it all gets simplier and improved with practice. In a very short time you will be able to put on such perfect eye makeup application that your associates will think you paid to have it done!
